Technician was timely and very personable. Explained everything and gave a timeline for us to hear back.

Kevin was very detail oriented and explained everything in a way that was practical and honest.

I cannot say enough good things about my experience with Customers 1st! Kevin, Andrew, Tyriq, and the entire crew were amazing! The level of personalized service was unprecedented. Kevin even came out on a Saturday to finish the job! I am so very grateful!

The technician, Kevin was very professional and thorough. He diagnosed the problem quickly and explained the process in a way I understood.

Fantastic service. They were polite, on time and pro active about calling ahead. They took the time to clearly explain what was wrong and how they were going to fix it. Plus they were incredibly neat and left everything spotless. They turned a bad situation into a stress free experience. FIVE stars!!!

Customer First came out to repair our refrigerator and we found them to very skilled, courteous and willing to explain the process. Outstanding HVAC Experience — Highly Recommended.
Replacing an A/C system with another company turned into a nightmare. Fortunately, I was referred to Customers First HVAC—and the difference was remarkable.
From the initial conversation through installation, they delivered exactly what they promised. They recommended the right equipment for my home, provided clear guidance, and then executed the installation flawlessly.
What really stood out was their professionalism, responsiveness, attention to detail, and genuine focus on getting the job done right. There were no surprises, no excuses, and no hassles—just excellent service and a quality installation.
After the experience I had with the first company, Customers First HVAC completely restored my confidence that there are still contractors who take pride in their work and care about their customers.
If you need A/C or HVAC work, I strongly recommend contacting Customers First HVAC before making your decision. Their combination of expertise, customer service, and execution is exactly what you want when making a significant investment in your home.

Absolutely positively the best local vendor I've used for HVAC. Before I found Kevin and his team, I had like five HVAC vendors out that wanted over $600 to install a thermostat. He did it for about a third of that. Every time I've needed him since then, he comes out promptly. He's willing to work around your schedule, even work after hours sometimes. Just phenomenal service and a phenomenal company. Use Customers First HVAC !!!!!

Excellent job! They were fast, efficient, neat, and polite. They showed up when they said they were going to and fixed it! It was not an easy job because they had to reconfigure ductwork, etc., for the new equipment. One day to get rid of the old, and one day to install all the new equipment. Well done!

Andrew was awesome. I had issues with my Warranty company and he navigated me through it. Once the issues were figured out Tariq did the install and I couldn't be happier. They were on time, let me know where we were in the process, and stayed until the job was finished correctly. Even Kevin stopped by to check on the progress. All around great people to work with. Would recommend them to anyone!

Kevin and his company truly provide the best possible service. He is extremely knowledgeable, very friendly, clean and neat, and patient with questions. Could not recommend him more highly.

Showed up on time and were professional all the way throughout the visit. Even when I thought there may be an issue with my AC Unit. Kevin, the owner came by himself to make sure everything was okay. He diagnosed the problem within 5 minutes.

I couldn't recommend them highly enough.
Thanks

A breath of fresh air dealing with a company & team of professionals who operate with integrity and character. Worked with Kevin and Andrew on a second opinion through my home warranty company and the experience was night and day as compared to the first company we worked with.
Communication was transparent and fluid. Kevin walked me through the diagnoses & was prompt with the direction we were headed towards resolution.
Within a week’s time our AC was back up and running. As the process concluded, Kevin assured me that if we needed anything, we could reach out directly. We appreciated that level of reassurance as it provided a strong level of comfort. I am big on professionalism, integrity and knowledge of craft when dealing with people in our home. The team for exceeded our expectations. Shout out to Andrew for keeping the communication fluid, he too, was a valuable part of the experience.
Without a doubt we work with this company again.

Home Shield call. Prompt and on time. Found the problem immediately on my AC unit. Very professional and knowledgeable.

The best HVAC.service I’ve had! Extremely efficient, thorough and courteous. The best of the Jersey Shore!
